How Do I Know if You Are Qualified to Perform a Cleanup on My Property?

All of our technicians here at Disaster Restoration, LLC are OSHA (Occupational Safety Health Administration) blood-borne pathogen certified, bonded, and properly insured. We would be happy to provide you with documentation of all our qualifications and certifications.

If A Violent Crime Has Been Committed, Who is Responsible For Cleanup?

Cleanups are most often the responsibility of the property owner, unless you have been told otherwise by Arizona law enforcement. Luckily, most violent crime cleanups are covered by Arizona homeowner’s insurance—fully or with a deductible. We will even help you to file a claim with your insurance provider.

What is Your Availability?

We are available for emergency disaster restoration services 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. We can usually respond to any call or service request within a few minutes. For requests that do not require immediate attention, you can call to make an appointment for an assessment during our business hours.

How much do you charge for your Arizona disaster restoration services?

While each restoration or cleanup job is unique, our pricing is competitive and we utilize the same software pricing program as most insurance carriers. When working with your insurance company, we strive to reach an agreed-upon price for any work necessary to restore your home or business. Most of our projects are covered by Arizona homeowner’s insurance policies, so the only out-of-pocket costs an insured homeowner may incur is the deductible. However, on many projects, we can waive the deductible so our customers do not have to pay anything at all.
